我承不下去了我多希望练习练到一半时我到下去哪多好练也不用练了，也不用比赛了...我很累真的很累...我真的不想比赛啊今天都练了四个钟了我就快死了救命啊快点让我到下去...我不想练了我有点后悔但除为什么要练武术好好的读书不就好咯...这两年来放大假都要去学校连玩的时间都没有啊今年也一样都要练习放大假还要回学校...

今天有开始了我这么久没有得魔鬼练习....我的第一次魔鬼练习是一年前在古晋哪虽然是我最辛苦的一短时间因为我刚过去的时后都不认识他们觉得很莫生有一人自己在哪边生活了一个月哪种压力真的恐怖哈哈还被骂的很参哦但我觉得是值得的....我这一个月的努力总算没有白费咯我还达到我没有想到的成绩因为那是我第一次没有跟美里的人去比赛就算我输了我也没有后悔因为我有尽力了...我觉得我从古晋回来过后都一之退步也很懒拖练了，体力也退步了...最近有要比赛了有开始忙着练习了真的好想让自己好好的休息一下就算没有东西做也好过练习，练习后都很累....有没有时间陪莫莫人哦真的气死我了哈哈...今天我的学妹练到哭哈哈我很想哭可是哭有用啊？一样也要练得我也知道很辛苦辛苦是有成就的不管多辛苦都好一个子健持下去...我们的辛苦是不会白费的要比赛了不要让自己拿到你不想拿到的牌要求放高一点虽然会失败只少你有拿到经验,这两个月都会很忙啊忙完比赛有要忙着concert东西快累死了....对不起老婆老公最近会很忙记得老公跟你讲过什么？？？要好好休息不要累坏自己不要喝太多咖啡不要啊还有啊要考试了加油哦老公会支持老婆的...:)^0^

Wah today is the Eco challenge for 2008 wah we wait so long le for it haha...TOday very early reach sch then see dao some of my team de friends and all very excited for the competition everyone prepare many things before it start like chocolate,biscuit,first aid things ,sweets our group many thing to eat de haha...This is the longest way i walk from sch i never walk so far le haiyo...

Haha today is the day i wait so long le bcz after this i jiu nt need train for performance thing le and not nid hurt dao anywhere again haha...but need train for competition again haiz also same no rest de sienz ah...This mor de performance was nt good oh from the begining i already have mistake le haiz so no mood afterthat is my president drop down walao eh so soi de oh haiz..After the mor performance we all no face to go out ah and i borrow my friend my sarawak jacket wakao she wear it to every where she go wakao my jacket is wear for special thing de not for u to wear outside de ho haiz...then we jiu go eat lo bryan also got drive he bring us to suncity there eat bak ku teh lo haha...After ate jiu go back sch le but everyone feel like no face to go in still sit inside bryan car o...Then brayn suddenly say wan go tanjong oh then we jiu go there lo,after reach there we all go down and walk walk lo bcz so long din go tanjong le...Haha we talk to the sea there and take some stupid pic haha very hot oh haha but nvm la our sweet memories i ever have v wushu friends haha....

haiyo afterthat need go wait that stupid vip for 1 hour hai dao my face sunburn liao eh and get sick le wushugal finally bing dao le haha...Hope to recover fast monday i still got competiton de with my class team....

Haiz today early morning jiu reach sch le then wait the time past lo...before 6.45am i jiu go to the hall lo wah got people early then me eh i thought i am the earlier de haha...then jiu warm up lo afterthat jiu hua de tao lu on the stage lo wan try whether c enough space ma haha...Then afterthat jiu wait our turn to rehearsal upstair so long ah we all wait whole morning le recess also don have eh...I din eat at all and after the rehearsal our president not puas hati then ask us train again the time is 12pm le oh everyone stop training le only wushu still training there so kelian and today hrt dao my feet again walk dou hard ah tmr jiu real performance liao i think i need zhi tong yao before performance liao lo haiyo...and i also got leo meeting at 12pm but i cant go bcz need continue training so after half hour later my leo president come find wushu president say we got meeting need go le bcz all board of director is waiting for us and then our president say nvm la juz talk here nia walao my leo president so angry eh..sorry oh i also don wan like tat de haiz...erm after the meeting me and leo junior vice go do the leo garden sign board lo until 3.30pm cai go home so tired le haiyo...
